EIG recently created a national cohort of thought leaders and influencers across the opportunity zone ecosystem and Rachel facilitates cohort communications and interactions; MN Opportunity Collaborative is a charter member of this cohort. Previously, Rachel was the Director of Impact Investing at Enterprise Community Partners where she expanded community investment opportunities for people and businesses.
